The map will show only our SNAP Program Clinics. DO NOT use this map to find a clinic for our OCTOBER or FEBRUARY Programs.

Remember, you must submit an application and receive your certificate(s) before you contact these clinics for an appointment.

You can not apply directly with these clinics or receive your low cost spay/neuter surgery without a SNAP Certificate.
