SNSI is always looking for volunteers to help us with our mission to eliminate the killing of healthy and treatable cats, dogs, puppies and kittens. Many of the SNSI volunteers hold down full-time jobs while they work tirelessly towards this goal. We know that your time is valuable, so we have listed many ways in which you can help.

Volunteer Opportunities

• Booths - take table, chairs, and literature. Talk to pet owners about what SNSI does and see if we can help. Sell donated items.

  • Earth day (Spring)
• AIDS Walk (Fall)
• Adopt-a-Thon festivals. SNSI should have a presence passing out information.
• Neighborhood Fairs
• Farmers Market
• Local Pet Stores. Arrange to spend a couple of hours sitting at an information table.
  
  
• Coordinate a Spanish-Outreach program.

• Fundraising: Help establish new fundraising campaigns.

• Sewing Volunteer Develop and make any items that can be sold or given away at booths. Items should be animal oriented. Pet bandanas are very popular with pet people.
